Bitter Candy

This is Drink-making 101 in action:

Something strong

+ something sweet

+ something bitter

= something palatable or better

Ingredients:

• 2 oz citrus vodka

• 1 oz Midori

• ½ oz Aperol

• Maraschino cherries

Procedure:

1. Add all alcohols to a rocks glass filled with ice

2. Stir

3. Top with a splash of Maraschino juice and a few cherries
